Ingredients
- 3 - ripe bananas peeled and mashed
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- VANILLA BEAN GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans with spray.

Step 2Mix bananas and sugar with electric beaters until well blended. Add pumpkin and mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Pour into pans and bake approximately 45 minutes. Let cool top with glaze

Step 4For the glaze add all ingredients together and mix to get a smooth creamy glaze that is a bit thin
