Ingredients For pumpkin banana bread with vanilla bean glaze

    ripe bananas peeled and mashed
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 tsp
    each vanilla and cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • VANILLA BEAN GLAZE
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla bean paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency

How To Make pumpkin banana bread with vanilla bean glaze

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans with spray.

    Mix bananas and sugar with electric beaters until well blended. Add pumpkin and mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into pans and bake approximately 45 minutes. Let cool top with glaze

    For the glaze add all ingredients together and mix to get a smooth creamy glaze that is a bit thin
