Ingredients

  • 3 - ripe bananas peeled and mashed
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • VANILLA BEAN GLAZE
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream more or less to get desired consistency

How To Make pumpkin banana bread with vanilla bean glaze

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans with spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix bananas and sugar with electric beaters until well blended. Add pumpkin and mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into pans and bake approximately 45 minutes. Let cool top with glaze
  • Step 4
    For the glaze add all ingredients together and mix to get a smooth creamy glaze that is a bit thin
