Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup liquid crisco
- 4 - eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups canned pumkin (reg. pumkin not mix)

Step 1Sift together first six ingredients recommend 2 times, bread rises more.Set aside

Step 2mix crisco,eggs,water,pumkin together and mix together with the first six ingredients.

Step 3mix well pour into 3 well greased & floured loaf pans . My daughter makes them and puts them in small pans too they turn out nice to .

Step 4Bake an hr at 350 this time may vary with the size of pan.

Step 5Wrap in clear plastic wrap while they are warm , they can also be frozen. They usually dont last long around here though.
