This is the best and easiest sweet bread recipe I've ever found. A friend said it should be outlawed, its so good. Of course, he is a single male so anything home made was a treat for him! Seriously, everyone loves it.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant coconut pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed bread

Step 1Mix all ingredients according to cake mix directions, but beat for 2 minutes, at least.

Step 2Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf plans.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Turn out on wire racks to cool completely. Store in air tight continaer or zip lock bacg.

Step 4Enjoy. This bread is great to make ahead and freeze for later consumption.
