Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1-3oz package pistachio pudding instant
4 - eggs
1/4 cup veggie oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 package peacans chopped
3/4 cup maraschino cherries chopped
1/8 cup cherrie juice

How To Make pistachio bread

Step 1

This one is so easy just mix all ingredients together untill well blended. Mix together 1/4 sugar & 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.spray 2 loaf pans with a.k.a. pam sprinkle 1/4 cinnamon mixture in bottom of each pan. 1/2 batter in each pan

Step 2

sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over top.Bake 350 oven 45mins. Wrap in foil store in refrigerator even better 2-3 days later
