(8oz) can crushed pineapple, not drained
How to Make Pineapple Nut Bread
1Put raisins in bowl. Cover with boiling water to plump. Drain water and throw away.
2Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in pineapple.
3Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
4Add raisins and nuts. Place in greased bread pan and top with topping. (2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, mixed). Bake 350 degrees 60 to 70 minutes.
