Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick soft butter
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 4 - eggs
  • 6-7 slices white bread cubed

How To Make pineapple bread pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350.
  • Step 2
    Cream sugar and butter. Add in eggs and pineapple, mix good. Mix in bread cubes.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350.
