- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
How To Make persimmon pudding bread

Step 1Combine milk, pulp, vanilla and sugar.

Step 2Sift together dry ingredients and stir into wet mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins.

Step 3Pour into a greased 9x5" loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours.
