1/4 ccandied orange peel

1 cchopped nuts
How to Make Persimmon Bread
- Combine pulp, sugar, egg, & oil; blend well.
- Dust raisins with some of the flour. Sift remaining flour flour with baking powder, soda, & salt; add to creamed mixture
- Add raisins, vanilla, orange peel, & nuts.
- Bake in a 9"x5" loaf pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350.
