- 4 - ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pecan banana bread

Step 1in a bowl mash the bananas, add in all the wet ingredients, mix well.

Step 2sift in the flour and baking soda, add pinch of salt, cinnamon & combine well.

Step 3stir in the pecans, pour into a bread mold and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean from center, let cool before turning over. enjoy.
