How to Make Pear Bread
- 1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- 2Make a well in the center of the bowl.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine the oil, eggs, sugar, pears, pecans, and vanilla.
- 4Blend well.
- 5Add to well of dry ingredients.
- 6Stir until just moistened.
- 7Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8x5x3 inch loaf pans.
- 8Bake at 325* for 1 hour, 15 mintues.
- 9Cool on wire rack before taking out of the pan.
