Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups peeled shredded pears
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make pear bread

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 2Make a well in the center of the bowl.

Step 3In a separate bowl, combine the oil, eggs, sugar, pears, pecans, and vanilla.

Step 4Blend well.

Step 5Add to well of dry ingredients.

Step 6Stir until just moistened.

Step 7Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8x5x3 inch loaf pans.

Step 8Bake at 325* for 1 hour, 15 mintues.

Step 9Cool on wire rack before taking out of the pan.
