The bread is excellent just out of the oven or toasted later. Of course it should be spread with jelly.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups flour
How To Make peanut butter bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease 9" X 5" loaf pan.

Step 3Combine milk, eggs, sugar and peanut butter in food processor. Process until smooth.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients. Pulse several times until flour is incorporated.

Step 5Bake 50 - 60 minutes until pick comes out clean.

Step 6Let cool in pan 20 minutes.
