I can not tell you how much we LOVE banana bread. What goes better with bananas? Peanut Butter....Yummy!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice, ground
- - cooking spray
- GLAZE
- 1/3 cup powedered sugar
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
How To Make peanut butter banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, butter, and eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar and brown sugar, untill all is blended.

Step 2Mix the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to banana mixture.

Step 3Pour batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Remove bread from pan; cool.

Step 4For glaze, combine powdered sugar, milk and peanut butter. Drizzle over bread.
