I went to Savannah, Ga just to eat in Paula's restaurant. Along the way as we walked through the streets I picked up her cookbook. My daughter was picking out her Birthday dinner recipes and asked me to make the Gorilla Bread. It is AMAZING??

Ingredients
- 3 cans canned biscuits
- 2 - 8oz cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional
How To Make "paula deans" gorilla bread

Step 1Cut each biscuit in half. Cut cream cheese into cubes (about the size of a sugar cube). Wrap the dough around the cream cheese. Melt butter. Combine brown & white sugar and cinnamon. Dip each ball into butter and then into sugar mixture. Put some chopped pecans evenly in layers. Toss them into a greased Bundt pan. Pour remaining butter and sugar mixture to cover. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. When done allow to cool for 10 minutes. Turn pan over onto plate.
