Today, will try this recipe in my breadmachine...it is rainy and I want to see how it will turn out.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit, i found citron!!! some walnuts, or pecans i think to equal 1/2 c.
How To Make panettone

Step 1Place all ingredients into bread machine. When alarm goes off for adding extras, add fruit and nuts. I generally unplug machine at this point for an hour, to make the loaf extra high and light...then plug back in, to resume baking!!!
