2Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water. Add sugar water. Mix in butter, eggs, salt and flour.
3Place in greased bowl, cover with dish towel, place in warm area to rise. let rise for 3-4 hrs.
4Knead down and roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll up. Cut 1/2 inch thick and put on cookie sheet (jelly roll pan). Let set on table overnight, or let raise for 1-2 hrs) then bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
