I LOVE PANERA BREAD'S ORANGE SCONES. I ADAPTED THIS RECIPE FROM A RECIPE I SAW ON COOKS.COM. I AM ADDING CRANBERRIES TO IT, BUT YOU DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE TOO.

Ingredients
- 3 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/2 cup cran-raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 - egg, beaten
- ICING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind

Step 1MIX BISQUICK, MARMALADE, CRAN-RAISINS, SPICES, 2 EGGS AND JUICE UNTIL MOIST. TURN DOUGH ONTO FLOURED BOARD; SPRINKLE WITH FLOUR.

Step 2ROLL INTO A 9 INCH SQUARE. CUT INTO 12 SQUARES USING A FLOURED KNIFE. BRUSH WITH BEATEN EGG. BAKE AT 400F FOR 12-14 MINUTES.

Step 3ICING: COMBINE POWDERED SUGAR, OJ AND ORANGE RIND. MIX AND ICE WARM SCONES.
