Ahhhhhhh comfort food! Finger lickin greatness...... Just an FYI. This is an overnight recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 small
    package cook and serve butterscotch pudding
  • 18
    rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  • ·
    cinnamon (for sprinkling)
  • ·
    pecans (optional)

How to Make Ooooey Goooey, caramel rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. The Night Before...
    Grease a 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle nuts (if using them) on bottom of pan.
  2. Put rolls in pan, spaced evenly apart. Sprinkle w/ Cinnamon
  3. Cook brown sugar and butter together in saucepan until boiling. Add pudding mix, stir to dissolve and pour over rolls.

    Cover w/ plastic wrap and let rise overnight.
  4. Morning of....

    Take plastic wrap off, Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
    Flip onto cookie sheet.
    enjoy!
