oh, sweet cornbread!
This is the best cornbread I have ever had. So moist, and full of flavor. Goes great with just about anything.

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
How To Make oh, sweet cornbread!

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 in round pan or 8 in square pan with cooking spray. ( I like to use real butter)

Step 2Mix All dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Combine well.

Step 3Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture. Fully combine

Step 4Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. I stick a knife in the center and if it comes out clean, their done
