This is a great bread with all the flavors of fall

1 1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 can(s)
15oz solid packed pumpkin
1 tsp
1 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
coarsely chopped walnuts
3 1/2 c
all purpose flour

How to Make Nut Pumpkin Bread


  • 1In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  • 2Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cloves; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture until blended. Fold in walnuts.
  • 3Transfer to 2 greased 9"x5"3" loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
