This is a great bread with all the flavors of fall

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 can 15oz solid packed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

How To Make nut pumpkin bread

  • Step 1
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cloves; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture until blended. Fold in walnuts.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to 2 greased 9"x5"3" loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
