5 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking powder

1 cbutter, softened

4 csugar

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

6large eggs

3 ccanned pumpkin
-
1 cwater
-
1 1/2 cchopped pecans
How to Make My Pumpkin Bread
- 1. Grease three 9x5x3-inch loaf pans
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3. Sift together dry ingredients; set aside
- 4. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- 5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- 6. Add pumpkin; mix well.
- 7. Sift in dry ingredients alternating with water
- 8. Mix until smooth.
- 9. Fold in nuts
- 10. Turn batter into prepared pans.
- 11. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Enjoy! I also take soften butter and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Once added to the warm bread , it makes for a wonderful treat!
