I found this in one of my really old cookbooks, It is the best recipe I have found and so easy to make

Ingredients

  • 3 medium
    banana -mashed
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 medium
    egg
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    chopped walnuts (optional)

How to Make My favorite Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, spray 8 in loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, pour into pan bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
