My daughter Brittney made this recipe when she took a foods class in high school. She is now in college and I make it for her every time she comes home to visit. It's great for breakfast, brunches or anytime.

Ingredients For monkey bread

1/2 csugar

1 tspcinnamon
-
2 cangrands buttermilk biscuits cut into quarters

3/4 cmelted butter
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
chopped nuts for topping (optional)
How To Make monkey bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine white sugar and cinnamon.

2Cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll the biscuit quarters in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

3Arrange the biscuits in a greased bundt pan.

4Melt the butter and brown sugar over med/low heat. Pour the mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

5Bake at 350 for approximately 1/2 hour.
