My daughter Brittney made this recipe when she took a foods class in high school. She is now in college and I make it for her every time she comes home to visit. It's great for breakfast, brunches or anytime.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cans grands buttermilk biscuits cut into quarters
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- - chopped nuts for topping (optional)
How To Make monkey bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine white sugar and cinnamon.

Step 2Cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll the biscuit quarters in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Step 3Arrange the biscuits in a greased bundt pan.

Step 4Melt the butter and brown sugar over med/low heat. Pour the mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

Step 5Bake at 350 for approximately 1/2 hour.
