mom's banana bread
I believe my mom found this recipe in an old cookbook my home town in NY published. Everyone in my family loves this one! I usually make 2 or 3 at a time and freeze them.

Ingredients
- 2-3 - bananas
- 2 - eggs
- 1 3/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)

Step 1Preheat oven @325 Mix all ingredients together Grease & Flour a 9x5 loaf pan Pour batter in pan & sprinkle top with a little sugar

Step 2Bake until golden brown & top splits a little (Approx 1 hour 20 min) Do Not Double Recipe!
