Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3-4 - bananas mashed
- 1 cup nuts ( i like to use walnuts), chopped

Step 1In a mixing bowl; combine baking soda and sour cream, set aside.

Step 2Mix other ingredients, then add the sour cream mixture. Pour batter into floured loaf pan (either 1 large loaf or 2 small) Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour hour. Cool on wire rack.
