How to Make Mom Marcon's Cranberry Bread
- Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Mix peel, juice and egg,
and add to dry ingredients. Mix just to moisten.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
Cool. Wrap and store overnight. Hint: To avoid nuts and berries from sinking
to bottom, add part of the flour mixture to nuts and berries before adding
