when I visited Europe I was introduced to this very Flexable Recipe, with or without nuts, I used an NO Milk , version Of Milk ,,,,,, Enjoy

Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 tablespoon baking soda (sifted)
How To Make moist banana loaf or muffin bread

Step 1Mash Bananas very well with fork, add sugar combine, add you oil (canola was used) can use vegetable Mix Together

Step 2add milk (Iused no milk ( good for my health ) but you can use Regular milk, Add Sifted Flour and sifted Baking Soda.

Step 3Add to a lightly greased Pan ( if Your Making a Banana Bread or Muffin (for Banana Muffins Like I made)

Step 4I placed all the wet in one bowl and the dry sifted in another - and mashed banana to the wel then add dry half (when blended ) add second half untill all is combined..... 350 till toothpick comes out clean
