moist banana bread
This recipe is from the Latimer County, Oklahoma Extension Homemakers. It was printed in 1989! This book is worn out! This recipe is one of my very favorite! "MOIST" is the key word! This bread has a tub of sour cream in it! It makes 2 to 3 loaves. I suggest to bake in three loaves or one bundt pan and one loaf pan. It is hard to bake through in just 2 loaf pans. Freezes very well!
