Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cloves & salt
- 1 cup hot water
How To Make mini gingerbread

Step 1Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and molasses.

Step 2Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix well. Add hot water and beat well.

Step 3Pour into greased mini meatloaf pans Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
