This is my zucchini bread recipe. I won a blue ribbon for this recipe in 1999 at the county fair. My kids always aked for this when zucchini were ready to pick!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups zucchini pureed in blender
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make mary's zucchini bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two bread pans.

Step 2Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Add zucchini. Mix. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in until combined. Stir in nuts.

Step 3Bake 55-60 minutes or until tests done.
