Ingredients For mary's chocolate chip banana bread

4very ripe bananas
-
1/2 cmargarine
-
1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1/4 cmilk, sour
-
2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 cchocolate chips, mini
-
chopped nuts of your choice
-
milk/powder sugar glaze for topping
How To Make mary's chocolate chip banana bread

1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

2Mash bananas very well. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk and bananas.

3In a separate bowl , mix together flour, soda, powder,and salt.

4Add flour mixture to banana mixture, then add chocolate chips.

5Pour into 2 loaf pans prayed with PAM. Top with nuts and bake.

6Bake at 325 degree for 40-50 minutes - use a toothpick to test. Cool on a wire rack and glaze with frosting while still warm.
