Ingredients
- 4 - very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk, sour
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
- - chopped nuts of your choice
- - milk/powder sugar glaze for topping
How To Make mary's chocolate chip banana bread

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Mash bananas very well. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk and bananas.

Step 3In a separate bowl , mix together flour, soda, powder,and salt.

Step 4Add flour mixture to banana mixture, then add chocolate chips.

Step 5Pour into 2 loaf pans prayed with PAM. Top with nuts and bake.

Step 6Bake at 325 degree for 40-50 minutes - use a toothpick to test. Cool on a wire rack and glaze with frosting while still warm.
