Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 jar 1 lbs orange marmalade
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup canola oil
How To Make marmalade bread

Step 1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 2Set aside 1/4 cup of marmalade.

Step 3Combine remaining marmalade, egg,orange juice and canola oil.

Step 4Add this to sifted ingredients and stir until moistened.

Step 5Pour mixture into prepared 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned.

Step 6When bread is done, remove from pan and place on baking sheet. Spread remaining marmalade over the top and return to oven for about 1 minute to glaze.

Step 7Remove from pan and place on wire rack. This is best served warm.
