I use this all the time. It goes well with the Seafood stew and ribs. You will love it! SWEET! I have also fried this batter like a pancake. It taste good and it is fast! Add about 2 tablespoons of oil to the batter and omit the whole corn before frying.

Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 box jilly yellow cake mix
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 can cream style corn
- 1/4 can whole corn (drain)
How To Make marie's corn cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Butter a medium square shaped pan. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes depending on your oven. Should be brown on top.
