Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs

How To Make maple-topped oven pancake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. in 1-quart saucepan heat 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, the butter and 1/2 cup syrup over low heat, stirring occasionally until butter is melted. pour into a 13x9 pan.
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl, beat bisquick, remaining brown sugar, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Carefully pour over syrup mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Cut into 12 squares, turn each one upside down on plate. Serve immediately with additional syrup.
