- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups peeled and small diced fresh mango
How To Make mango bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9x5 loaf pans. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in small bowl.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, oil, and sugar. Add in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the mango.

Step 3Pour into prepared pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
