Ingredients
- - nonstick cooking spray (to coat baking pans)
- 1/2 cup - water
- 1 cup - milk
- 1oz - butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cups - self-rising wholemeal flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 ounces chopped macadamia nuts (about 3/4 cups)
How To Make macadamia bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F 220°C). Spray a 5x8-inch or 6x8-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2Heat the water, milk and butter, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Stir in the honey. Let mixture cool.

Step 3Add flour, salt and chopped nuts and mix until ingredients are incorporated. Knead until dough is soft.

Step 4Place dough in greased loaf pan, and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool in pan about 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edge, remove loaf and serve immediately or let cool completely on wire rack.
