I got this recipe from my golf club.We do catering for morning teas and scones,jam and cream are always on the menu.

Ingredients
- 4 cups self raising floour
- 300 milliliters cream
- 375 milliliters lemonade mix
How To Make lemonade scones

Step 1Sift flour into large bowl,add cream and lemonade.

Step 2Mix lightly with a knife until it forms onto a ball.Turn onto floured board and pat til it is about 2.5cm high.

Step 3Cut into rounds and place on greased baking tray,fairly close together. Bake in hot oven for 10mins or until golden brown.

Step 4Variations are Savoury scones-add grated cheese,chopped chives and bacon to taste and add a pinch of ceyenne pepper,before adding cream and lemonade.
