/ Sweet Breads
1Sift flour into large bowl,add cream and lemonade.
2Mix lightly with a knife until it forms onto a ball.Turn onto floured board and pat til it is about 2.5cm high.
3Cut into rounds and place on greased baking tray,fairly close together.
Bake in hot oven for 10mins or until golden brown.
4Variations are Savoury scones-add grated cheese,chopped chives and bacon to taste and add a pinch of ceyenne pepper,before adding cream and lemonade.
