How to Make Lemonade Scones
- Sift flour into large bowl,add cream and lemonade.
- Mix lightly with a knife until it forms onto a ball.Turn onto floured board and pat til it is about 2.5cm high.
- Cut into rounds and place on greased baking tray,fairly close together.
Bake in hot oven for 10mins or until golden brown.
- Variations are Savoury scones-add grated cheese,chopped chives and bacon to taste and add a pinch of ceyenne pepper,before adding cream and lemonade.
