Step 2Lemon Poppy Seed Bread (you bake in a jar) Remove contents of jar. In a bowl add the dry ingredients and the applesauce. To that add 1 tablespoon oil 1 egg 1 tsp lemon flavoring mix well. Spray the inside of the jar with cooking oil and add batter. Do not place lid on jar. Put the jar in a small baking dish for stablize. bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Take from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Run knife around the jar to loosen. slice and serve.
