How to Make Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
- Mix together the cake mix, pudding, poppy seeds, and oil. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Mix water into batter a little at a time. Pour into a greased and wax paper-lined loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 35 - 40 minutes. Also can be made into muffins, baking until toothpick comes out clean. Optional glaze: boil sugar and juice from lemon until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cooled bread.
