my family loves this bread especially my son, Conner. It's so easy and yummy! Just be patient with the baking time-it takes a little longer at a lower oven temp.

- 2 - ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup nuts, optional
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. mash bananas in a med bowl. add eggs, veg oil, vanilla, and milk. stir until well blended. stir in sugar. in a small dish, add baking soda to flour and mix well. add flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well blended. add nuts if you desire and pour into a loaf pan sprayed with oil and bake for about 1 hr 15 in...keep an eye on it-everyone's oven is different-to check to see if it is done-stick a knife in the middle of the bread and if it comes out clean it is ready. enjoy!

Step 2if you want to get a little creative-try adding 1/2 cup coconut or 1/2 bag of chocolate chips...yum!
