How To Make irish soda bread
-
Step 1Preheat oven at 350* Combine all ingredients and knead (makes very sticky dough). Grease and flour a nine inch cake pan. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes. I sprinkle baking sugar crystals over top to add a pleasant sweetness to bread. When you take it out of the oven turn it over and remove the pan and tap the bottom. If it sounds hollow – it is done. If not, give it another 10 minutes.
