Ingredients
- 4 cups flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk or half & half
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup raisins
How To Make irish soda bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a round Pyrex bowl.

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients and add raisins. Mix in egg, sour cream and milk. (If dry, add a little more milk.)

Step 3Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
