Irish soda bread

Irene Marie Monks Kazan

I have been making this bread for over 35 years for St. Patrick's Day. It is a cross between a cake and bread, moist and delicious. I leave it out most of the day and wrap it in plastic and put in refigerator, or freeze some...Enjoy with butter..
