Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened (2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
How To Make ice cream bread

Step 1Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan.

Step 2bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
