I made this with vanilla ice cream and served with Nutella, and chocolate ice cream served with cherry preserves. Both were yummy.

How to Make Ice Cream Bread


  1. Grease and flour a 8 X 4 inch loaf pan.
  2. Soften ice cream and blend with flour. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Or use 2 3 X 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and Enjoy.
