I made this with vanilla ice cream and served with Nutella, and chocolate ice cream served with cherry preserves. Both were yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 pint ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour*
- - or
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make ice cream bread

Step 1Grease and flour a 8 X 4 inch loaf pan.

Step 2Soften ice cream and blend with flour. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Or use 2 3 X 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 4Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and Enjoy.
