ice cream bread

I just ran across this recipe on the internet. it has Foodies all over buzzing1 though I would share it. How fast and easy can you get??? :-)

yield 10-12 slices

Ingredients

  • - 1 cups any flavor full fat icecream,softened. 1-1/2c self-rising flour (you can use regular flour and add 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt to the 1-1/2c flour). in a bowl combine icecream and flour until welll mixed.
  • - transfer to a sprayed 9x5 loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • - bake @ 350f 40-45 minutes.

How To Make ice cream bread

  • Step 1
    Combine above ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Transfer to sprayed 9x5 loaf pan. Spread evenly.
  • Step 3
    Bake2 350F 40-45 min. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from Pan. Cool Completely.
