How to Make Hot Rolls

  1. In a bowl mix milk, water and butter. Heat to warm (not hot) in microwave.
In a large bowl mix 3 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Mix well. Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture. Once mixed together well, add eggs and oil. Mix well, then begin adding the last three cups of flour, one cup at a time. You will have to use your hands to mix properly. Dough will be stiff. Put dough in a large bowl next to warm stove to let rise until double. Once dough has doubled in size, punch down and knead. Pinch dough to make hot rolls. Put in greased pan, let stand in warm place until double in size. Once doubled, bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Butter tops of baked hot rolls.
