Got this recipe out of one of my Pioneer Cookbooks. Everyone really enjoys it.

Ingredients

1 - yellow cake mix
1 box (small) instant pistachio pudding
4 - eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup water
1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

How To Make holiday pistachio bread

Step 1

Combine all ingredients well with a spoon. Grease two loaf pans. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool; wrap in foil.
