How to Make Hawaiian Bread
- In a large bowl mix pineapple with juice, coconut, cherries, eggs and sugar together. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix well. Use spoon to mix, do not use an electric mixer.
- Pour into 2(two) well greased loaf pans.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans about 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
- When completely cool wrap in foil and refrigerate.
