I've had this recipe for so many years, I have no idea where I got it. This is a delicious bread but it is really a desert. So good!

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups pineapple, crushed with juice
- 3 cups coconut
- 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
How To Make hawaiian bread

Step 1In a large bowl mix pineapple with juice, coconut, cherries, eggs and sugar together. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix well. Use spoon to mix, do not use an electric mixer.

Step 2Pour into 2(two) well greased loaf pans.

Step 3Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans about 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.

Step 4When completely cool wrap in foil and refrigerate.
