Step 2WHEN DOUGH CYCLE IS COMPLETE, TURN THE DOUGH OUT ON A LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE AND DIVIDE INTO 12 PIECES.FORM THE PIECES INTO ROUNDS AND PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED BAKING SHEETS. COVER WITH DAMP CLOTH AND LET RISE TILL DOUBLE IN SIZE ( ABOUT 35-40 MIN. ) PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
