Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 can 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
How To Make hawaiian banana bread

Step 1Combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and ginger in a bowl and stir with a whisk to combine. Set aside.

Step 2Place sugar, oil, sour cream and eggs in another bowl and beat at medium speed until blended (1 minute). Add banana, vanilla and pineapple. Mix until blended.

Step 3Add flour mixture and mix until just moist.

Step 4Stir in macadamia nuts and coconut.

Step 5Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 6Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely.
